Cancelation Policy

At Sperling Services, we value your time and strive to provide prompt, reliable mobile service. To ensure availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

Appointment Cancellations

Clients are requested to provide at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 2 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Shows

If a client is not present at the scheduled time and location, a no-show fee may apply.

Travel Fees

Travel fees may be charged once a notary has been dispatched, even if the appointment is canceled upon arrival.

Wait Time

A grace period of 15 minutes is provided. Additional wait time may result in extra fees or cancellation of the appointment.

Emergency Situations

We understand that unexpected situations occur. Fees may be waived at our discretion for legitimate emergencies.
