By using the services of Sperling Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Live Scan Fingerprinting
Sperling Services provides Live Scan fingerprint capture and transmission services for authorized purposes. Applicants are responsible for providing accurate information, valid government-issued identification, and the appropriate Request for Live Scan Service form with all required agency information.
Sperling Services does not determine background check results, eligibility, clearance, licensing decisions, or processing times. These determinations are made by the applicable requesting and/or government agencies.
Notary Public Services
Sperling Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Clients are responsible for understanding their documents prior to notarization.
All signers must present valid, government-issued identification in accordance with California notary laws. Services cannot be completed without proper identification.
Document Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring documents are complete and accurate

Providing all required pages and instructions

Confirming whether witnesses are required

Providing complete and accurate forms, instructions, agency information, and identifying information required for the requested service
We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or rejection of documents by receiving agencies.
Loan Signing Services
For loan signings, we facilitate the signing process and ensure documents are executed correctly. We do not explain legal or financial terms.
Apostille Facilitation
We assist with preparing and submitting documents for apostille processing. We do not issue apostilles, and processing times are determined by government agencies.
Limitation of Liability
Sperling Services is not responsible for delays, rejections, processing times, background check results, agency determinations, or other outcomes controlled by government agencies, requesting agencies, or other third parties after services have been performed.
Professional Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service if:

Legal requirements are not met

Signers are unwilling or unable to proceed

The situation presents safety concerns

Required identification, forms, information, or authorization are not provided
By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
