These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Sperling Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

​

Sperling Services provides mobile Live Scan fingerprinting, mobile notary services, loan signing services, and apostille facilitation. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.

2. Appointment Requirements

​

Clients must:

• Provide valid, government-issued identification

• Ensure documents are complete and ready at the time of appointment

• Be present and capable of understanding the transaction

• Provide all required identification and forms applicable to the requested service

• Live Scan applicants are responsible for providing a completed Request for Live Scan Service form and any required agency information or codes.

We reserve the right to refuse service if legal requirements are not met.

3. Fees and Payment

​

Service fees are disclosed prior to or at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.

 • Provide all required identification and forms applicable to the requested service
 • Live Scan applicants are responsible for providing a completed Request for Live Scan Service form and any required agency information or codes.

Additional fees may apply for:

• Travel

• After-hours appointments

• Wait time

• Printing or document handling

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

​

Clients are requested to provide reasonable notice for cancellations.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

​

Sperling Services is not responsible for:

• The content or legality of documents

• Rejection of documents by third parties

• Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information

• Processing times, background check results, and determinations made by government agencies or other third parties

• Delays or rejections resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client, applicant, requesting agency, or other third party

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

6. Apostille Facilitation Disclaimer

​

We act as a facilitator only and do not issue apostilles. Processing times and outcomes are determined by government agencies.

7. Live Scan Fingerprinting Disclaimer

Sperling Services provides fingerprint capture and transmission services for authorized purposes. We do not determine an applicant's eligibility, background check results, or the final decision of the requesting or government agency. Applicants are responsible for providing accurate information, valid identification, and the appropriate Request for Live Scan Service form and agency information required for their transaction.

8. Privacy

​

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications

​

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
